measure 26 around the waist without stretching and have an inseam
of 28 inches. They measure 40 around the hips. The wait is elastic.
These slacks are to be dry-cleaned only.
Or these mybe feel like silk and I think they are. Real smooth to the touch. Try them and see. And if they are silk you will get a bargin on these.
